Character Animation Project- Košice 2016 EU Sport City
We were asked to animate the mascot for the great event called Košice 2016 - The Best European City of Sport. Our aim was to move the static 2D mascot and create moving 3D character thanks to motion capture system. Talented young sportsmen and sportswomen who represent our country and bring gold Victory medals back home were asked to cooperate so we could scan their professional movements for the advertisement. Finally we chose 5 main sports : running, volleyball, basketball, gymnastics and football. This project was once and again was created in cooperation with Woont studio.
